Whether you’re reaching out for the first time or we’ve supported your races for years, we’re honored by the opportunity to help make your event a success. As our sponsorship program continues to grow, these guidelines ensure we deliver the best service to you and our community.

What Endurance Lab Provides:

• One (1) single sample of Endurance Lab products (for inclusion in race bags) OR
  Endurance Lab Drinks for on-course athlete support
  
  
• Endurance Lab banner(s) for race day visibility
  
  
• Product brochures – one per goody bag
  
  
• Product brochures – one per goody bag
  
  

In Return, We Ask for Your Partnership on the Following:

• Conflict of Interest:
  Before accepting sponsorship from other brands, please inform us so we can avoid conflict of interest situations.
  
  
• Race Bags:
  Ensure that each participant’s goody bag includes our product sample and brochure.
  
  
• Banner Display:
  Hang our banner(s) in a highly visible location at your event venue.
  
  
• Digital Presence:
  Feature the Endurance Lab sponsor “badge” logo* on your event website, linked to www.endurancelab.ie.
  
  
• Newsletter Exposure:
  Include 3 to 7 Endurance Lab-supplied content/news snippets in pre-event participant emails or newsletters.
  
  
• Printed Materials:
  If producing registration forms or event printed materials, please include our logo where possible.
  
  
• Event Shirts:
  If race t-shirts are produced for participants, feature the Endurance Lab logo among sponsors.
  
  
• Announcements:
  Mention Endurance Lab as a sponsor in PA announcements on race day (if applicable).
  
  
• Magazine/Ad Placement:
  If your event has a race magazine and a sponsor ad is possible/required, contact us at least 30 days prior to material deadlines: info@endurancelab.ie
  
  
• Product Collection/Shipping:
  You are welcome to pick up event products from our Dublin warehouse free of charge. If you require shipping, the event is responsible for shipping costs on donated product orders.
